Technical troubleshooting tips – Online Assessments

Please follow the steps below if you are receiving this error message when logged into the Testgrid platform:
- Close all tabs including the one you have used to access your task
- Close all apps including your web browser
- Restart your device
- Open your web browser to log back into your task
- Try using another web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
- Change internet connection if the issue persists (e.g. Mobile hotspot or an alternative Wi-Fi network)
