I closed or refreshed my screen during an online assessment


Technical troubleshooting tips – Online Assessments 


If you accidentally close a question or lose power before completing your assessment, you may be locked out and unable to log back in. 

 

To have your assessment unlocked and re-opened, you will need to contact Testgrid Support by clicking on the "Contact us" (in the top right header of this page).  

When completing the support request, please advise us of the question page you were on at the time you refreshed or closed the browser if possible. If the assessment has frozen, please include a screenshot of the page you are stuck on. This will help us resolve the issue quicker for you.
