What is my Testgrid username?
Your username for the Testgrid Scheduler is the email address you used to create your account.

How do I reset my password?
If you are having trouble with your password or are unsure of your existing password, you can simply reset it using the "Forgot Password?" link on the rTestgrid Scheduler login screen.
Can I cancel an appointment?
You can cancel appointments booked via Testgrid Scheduler if it's within the permitted cancellation period. This period is usually advised in your email or booking instructions.
Please note, if you have booked both a Testing and an Interview appointment, cancelling your Testing appointment will result in automatic cancellation of your Interview appointment as well.
If a booking cancellation is attempted outside the allowed cancellation period, the platform will display a notification indicating that this action is not permitted. In this event, please follow the on-screen prompts or refer to email instructions on how to contact your organisation administrator for assistance.
Can I reschedule an appointment?
To change a booked appointment, you must first cancel your existing booking (within the permitted cancellation period) and then proceed to make a new appointment booking. Please note, new appointment options may be limited based on the timing of your cancellation request.

I’ve missed my appointment
If you’ve missed your booked appointment time, you will need to contact your organisation for advice on next steps. Please refer to your email instructions for advice and escalation contact details.
I can’t see a link to join my virtual appointment in Testgrid Scheduler
If you are attending a virtual (video conferencing) appointment on Testgrid Scheduler, the booking details screen will automatically update to display a link for you to join the appointment session approximately 5 minutes prior to the appointment start time.
This link will only be visible to you just prior to the appointment start time. If it does not appear 5 minutes prior, you may need to refresh the page or log back in.
