Attending your booked appointment - Testgrid Scheduler
Prior to your appointment time, please ensure you have read and reviewed your appointment details on the Testgrid Scheduler platform, along with any email or SMS notifications you have received.
On-site (In-person) appointments
If you are attending an in-person appointment:
- Log in to Testgrid Scheduler using your username (email) and password (if needed, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password?" link at the login page)
- Go to the relevant appointment tile > click the “View” button
- Check the appointment address details and any additional instructions
Remote (Video conferencing) appointments
If you are attending a virtual (video conferencing) appointment on Testgrid Scheduler, your booking details screen will automatically update to display a link for you to join the appointment session approximately 5 minutes prior to the appointment start time.
Please note, this link will only be visible to you just prior to the appointment start time. If it does not appear 5 minutes prior, you may need to refresh the page or log back in.
To attend a virtual appointment on Testgrid Scheduler:
- Log in to Testgrid Scheduler using your username (email) and password (if needed, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password?" link at the login page)
- Got to the relevant appointment tile > click the “View” button (no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time)
- From the Booking details window, click on the “Click here to launch your appointment” link
- Once launched, enter your details and complete the reCAPTCHA check
- Follow the prompts to check your camera and microphone are working
- Wait until the facilitator joins to start your virtual appointment.
Once you have attended the appointment, your booking list will update the status to display “Appointment finished”.
