Cancel / Reschedule your booked appointment



Can I reschedule an appointment? 

To change a booked appointment, you must first cancel your existing booking (if you are within the permitted cancellation period) and proceed to make a new appointment booking. 

Please note, new appointment options may be limited based on the timing of your cancellation request. 

How to cancel a booked appointment

You can cancel appointments booked via Testgrid Scheduler if it's within the permitted cancellation period. 

Before cancelling, please refer to the instructions in your invitation and booking emails to review the advice regarding cancellation periods.  

If a booking cancellation is attempted outside the allowed cancellation period, the platform will display a notification indicating that this action is not permitted. In this event, please follow the on-screen prompts or refer to email instructions on how to contact your organisation administrator for assistance. 

Please note, if both a testing and an interview appointment are booked, cancelling the testing appointment will result in automatic cancellation of the interview appointment as well. 

To cancel an appointment: 

  • From the home page, click “View” on the relevant appointment tile to open the appointment details
  • From the view screen, click the “Cancel Booking?” link
  • Type in your reason for cancellation 
  • Click the “Submit” button
