Vieple page won’t load or isn’t displayed properly
If you are experiencing this issue on a mobile device:
Check you are using the device native browser for the device - Safari for iOS or Google Chrome for Android devices.
Note, some assessments are not optimised for mobile devices so if you still are experiencing the issue when using the native browser, we recommend switching to a desktop computer or laptop if possible.
If you are experiencing this issue on a desktop device:
Try using a different web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If switching device or browser does not solve the issue, try connecting to another WiFi network or mobile internet connection.
