Starting your video interview
You can complete your video interview any time after receiving your invitation and before the deadline. Aim to finish at least three days early to avoid any unexpected issues.
You'll start with a practice question to check your camera and microphone are working well. For each question, follow the on-screen instructions for timing, format, and allowable response attempts. Confirm each answer response is submitted successfully before moving on or closing your browser.
It's best to finish your interview in one session, but you may return to complete any unattempted questions if needed, as long as all responses are submitted by the deadline. It’s important to ensure any submitted responses have uploaded successfully before leaving the Vieple platform.
If you leave or close your browser before submitting a response, you might get locked out of that question. If this happens, you’ll need to contact Testgrid support to verify and reopen it.

Using a PC and Mac desktop device
To start your video interview:
- Follow the link from your email invitation to live.vieple.com
- Enter your username (email) and password (if you don't know your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link)
- Click on the name of the interview to open
- Make sure you can hear and see yourself in the practice questions (this video is for your use only, and won't be seen by recruiters)
- When you are ready, proceed to start your video interview – Goodluck!
Using an iPhone or Android mobile device
To start your video interview:
- Copy the link from your email invitation and paste into your device's native browser i.e. Google Chrome for Android devices and Safari for iOS devices.
- Enter your username (email) and password (if you don’t know your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link)
- Click on the name of the interview to open
- Make sure you can hear and see yourself in the practice questions (this video is for your use only, and won't be seen by recruiters)
- When you are ready, proceed to start your video interview – Goodluck!
