Technical troubleshooting tips - Proctored assessments
Review and check you have followed this step when starting the assessment:
Connect to the session proctor by following on-screen prompts to download and install the LogMeIn file. This is how your proctor will communicate with you. Mac users may need to update system preferences, be sure to click “one” or “Allow” if prompted. When your status shows “waiting,” stay in the queue for your proctor to join the session - do not re-download the applet.
