Technical troubleshooting tips - Proctored assessments
Make sure that your Camera or Microphone isn't being used by another app. If another app is open and using your Camera, ProctorU won't be able to access it.
Other apps that may be using your camera are:
- Device camera app
- Zoom
- Discord
- Skype
- Facetime
Ensure you close these or any similar apps, then restart your browser and try again.
