How do I prepare for an Online assessment?
Our psychometric assessments are designed to check your current skills, so there’s no need to worry about studying or taking notes beforehand.
Before you begin, we recommend you log in to the Testgrid platform to see which assessments you'll be taking.
You can explore demo versions for some of our Cognitive (Aptitude) and Behavioural assessments here: campaign.testgrid.com/demotesting.
Keep in mind that there might not be a demo for your specific assessment. The demo assessments do not record your results — they’re just there for you to practice and get comfortable!
General Preparation tips
- Make sure you've got a steady internet connection.
- For desktop, Google Chrome or Firefox work best; on your phone, stick with Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android).
- Try to find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted.
- It helps to start off with the practice questions.
- Keep an eye on the clock since most assessments are timed.
- Don’t worry about getting stuck—you can usually skip tricky questions and come back later.
- Just be yourself and answer honestly. Consistency matters and being authentic is something employers really appreciate.
