My remote (virtual) appointment in Testgrid Scheduler ended before completion


Technical troubleshooting tips – Testgrid Scheduler 


If you accidentally close your appointment, your device suddenly loses power or another technical issue occurs, you may be able to rejoin your appointment by logging back in. However, re-admitting you to the appointment will be at the discretion of your appointment facilitator. 

In a Testing appointment scenario, rejoining your session after leaving may not be possible. In this event, please reach out to your organisation administrator for advice on next steps. 

To request to rejoin an appointment session: 

  • From the Booking details window, click on the “Click here to launch your appointment” link  
  • Input your details and follow the prompts again   
  • Wait until your facilitator allows you to rejoin the meeting or advises you this is not possible. 

 

If you are unable to rejoin the meeting, please contact the Recruiter or Organisation administrator for advice on next steps.
