For specific instructions on how to check and enable your device camera and microphone permissions, please refer to the relevant device you are using.  

Note: All mobile devices follow the same instructions to enable camera and microphone permissions.  

If you are using a mobile device, it is recommended that you use your device's native browser to conduct the video interview (Google Chrome for Android, Safari for iOS)
