Types of Video Interview responses
During your interview, you may be required to answer questions using various formats within specified timeframes. Common response methods include recording a video response, typing a written response, choosing from multiple-choice options, or in certain instances, uploading relevant documents.
You will be advised of which response formats are to be used, when you log in to start your video interview.

In some cases, you may have the option to select your preferred response type. If this option is available, you may use the checkbox to designate this preference for all subsequent questions.
Video responses
During a video response, the question will be displayed on the screen for a designated reading period. After this period ends, you are required to answer the question within the specified recording time.

Click 'Finish' to submit your video, or it will submit automatically when time runs out.
Text or Essay responses
For Text or Essay responses in Vieple, you must type your answer directly into the platform. Copying and pasting from external sources is blocked, so draft and finalise your response within Vieple.

Click 'Finish' to submit your response, or it will be submitted automatically when time runs out.
Multiple-choice response
This format gives you a question and several ready-made answers to select from.

Choose a response from the drop-down menu and click 'Finish'.
Audio-only responses
For an audio response, the question appears on-screen, followed by a set reading time. Afterward, your answer is recorded as audio only; no video is captured.

Click 'Finish' to submit your audio recording, or it will submit automatically when time runs out.
Attachment responses
For attachment responses, upload your file in the specified area. Only accepted file types are allowed; otherwise, an error message will appear.

Click 'Submit' to submit your response.
