You can request deletion of your personal data in your Vieple platform account, following the instructions below.
Please note: if you make this request during an active recruitment or assessment process with an organisation, you will no longer be able to proceed in that process. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
To request your personal data is deleted:
If you are having trouble with your password or are unsure of your existing password, you can simply reset it using the "Forgot Password?" option at the login page.
Alternatively, you can simply request your personal data collected by Testgrid is removed by emailing us directly at privacy@testgrid.com or support@testgrid.com by confirming your full name and email address/s used at sign up.
