What personal information is collected?
As an applicant or participant in an assessment process, Testgrid are provided with your name and email details by your recruitment or client organisation for the purpose of:
- Inviting you to sign up to complete assessment/s on one or more of our assessment platforms
- Collecting your assessment responses to generate report/s for your recruitment or client organisation.
As part of the platform sign up process, you may be asked to consent to provide us with some additional personal demographic information. Only your full name and email address (used at sign up) are provided back to client organisations as part of your assessment report/s
How do I request my personal data is deleted?
You can request any personal data we collect during the assessment process be deleted at any time.
Please note: if you request us to delete your personal data during an active recruitment or assessment process with your client organisation, this action will prevent you from progressing further in that process. Once requested, the deletion process cannot be reversed.
To request your personal data is deleted directly via your Testgrid or Vieple platform access, following the process steps outlined in the below articles.
